All Atelier Per Sempre creations are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Pricing & Payments
Prices are communicated and agreed upon prior to production. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, which remain the responsibility of the client.
Payment terms, including deposits or staged payments where applicable, are agreed upon prior to production.
Design Approval
An approved design refers to the final design, measurements, and details confirmed by the client prior to production. Atelier Per Sempre is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from changes in personal preference after approval.
Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds
All matters relating to shipping, delivery, duties, returns, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Shipping and Refunds Policy, available on a separate page of our website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the Shipping and Refunds Policy.
Intellectual Property
All designs, garments, sketches, patterns, images, text, and content associated with Atelier Per Sempre are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
