How long does the creation process take?
Each Atelier Per Sempre piece is made to order, and all timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, materials, and external factors.

Couture eveningwear: approximately 3–5 weeks

Bridal couture: approximately 2–5 months
If an expedited timeline is required, this may be possible in select cases and must be discussed and approved directly with the designer prior to confirmation.
How fast is the shipping?
Once production is completed and the final design is approved, orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and courier operations. While we work closely with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, Atelier Per Sempre cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses

Atelier Per Sempre is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and marked as delivered by the courier. Damage occurring during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery and may require coordination with the courier for resolution.

Approved design refers to the final design, measurements, and details confirmed by the client prior to production.

Can I expedite the shipping?
f you require your item sooner, expedited shipping options may be available depending on your location and timing. Please contact us prior to shipment so we can advise on availability and additional costs.
How much will I pay for duties and taxes?
Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, which may be applied by your country upon delivery.

Can I change my shipping method after my order has been shipped?
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, the shipping method cannot be changed.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom-made nature of our designs, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The item has a confirmed defect or error resulting from our production

The final product does not align with the approved design and agreement
Any suspected defect must be reported to Atelier Per Sempre within 3 days of receipt (delivery) of the item, accompanied by clear photographic documentation, in order to be reviewed and approved.
Please note:

We do not accept returns or refunds if the client changes their mind after production has followed the agreed instructions

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, or alteration will not be accepted

If a production defect is confirmed and a return is approved, Atelier Per Sempre will arrange or cover the return shipping

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged, without exception

All return approvals remain at the sole discretion of Atelier Per Sempre
At this time, exchanges are not available.
Atelier Per Sempre is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted and processed.
