Shipping Policy
Depending on the shipping country, our shipping policy differs.
Macedonia:

For orders lower than 6.000 den. (€100), additional shipping cost is added. Depending on the total order price, the cost varies between 100 den.-150 den. (€2-€3).

For orders higher than 6.000 den. (€100) the shipping is free.
Serbia:

For each order, additional shipping cost of 300 Serbian dinars (€3) is added.
Other Countries:

For each order, additional shipping cost is added. The cost depends on the DHL shipping price for the chosen address.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case the ordered product does not correspond to your required size, please notify us after receiving the product, no more than 5 days of the delivery. We will reach to you as soon as possible and after consulting about the problem, your product can be replaced with the same type of product in the required size.
In case of any additional problem withe the product, please notify us after receiving the product, no more than 5 days of the delivery. After the required consultation, your product can be replaced with another product or your payment could be refunded.
In case the returned product has been used or damaged, the payment can not be refunded.
